Reporting a counting or analysis issue

To help us reproduce and fix a suspected counting or analysis problem quickly, please include:

The tool you were using (for example, "SMS Character Counter")
The exact text or values you entered
The result you saw and the result you expected
Your browser, if the problem looks like a display issue

Confirmed issues are corrected in the analysis engine and covered by a new automated test so they cannot recur silently. See our methodology page for how CharLimit.net tools are built and verified.
